Daily tickets £1 for adults, free for under 16s - donations are welcome to support our work. Friday evening tickets for the light show, free for under 16s and £5 per adult. Light show in the main Gefrin Palace field: 21.00 pm - 22.30 pm Light show bringing the ancient palace and its story to life in a collaboration between the Gefrin Trust and Walk the Plank.

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Dogs are welcome but must be kept on the lead.

    Parking for on site events is available daily and on the evening of the 31st July for the light show.

    • Follow the B6351 towards Kirknewton, turn left to Old Yeavering before you get to Kirknewton. Parking is available in a large field and is signposted at NT904303. what3words ///measure.aced.trophy

    • Disabled parking is available in the main palace/event field for Blue Badge Holders at NT926305. what3words ///flask.propelled.attic/ Please note the gate will have a sign for disabled parking, but will be closed. Volunteers will be on hand to open the gate and assist with parking.

    • For the evening light show on the 31st, parking is available from 8.00 pm at the same locations. Early arrival and parking is strongly advised.

    Access: Please follow the guides and cross the road between the carpark and footpath to the site safely
